Let me start off by saying that I'm a huge fan of almost anything TellTale does. They had me hooked with the first Walking Dead season countless years ago. And I finally got to dive into their newest adventure, Batman!
First thing I noticed was that the game tends to be choppy. Like, unable to not see that it's choppy (chapter 5 is the worst by far) and it pulls away from the experience. However, the story, the graphics and the gameplay help bring the experience back together in a nice fit bow. The biggest gripe I think I have with TellTale games overall is the lack of difficulty on display. While I'm not a fan of losing/dying in games, I never really feel like I'm even bothered to try. I believe I died maybe twice during the entire span of playing.
That being said, the story is incredible and takes a new spin on several mainstays of the Batman's lore/universe. The player takes up the mantle of Bruce Wayne, a.k.a. Batman and you must decide how to handle situation…
