More Baldur's Gate soon?

Fans of this classic RPG will be happy to know that over at http://www.baldursgate.com/ you can find a countdown timer that leads to something new. The studio behind it, Beamdog, hasn't given a great deal of information, though they have described it as being  "something bigger than we've ever done before." Outside of this we do know it will be running on the Infinity engine and linked to the Bhallspawn storyline. Luckily we won't have to wait long to get new information.

3D realms shows off their "almost Duke Nukem" Action RPG.

3D Realms was working on a Duke Nukem Action RPG until they lost the legal rights to the franchise. They were able to turn that setback into what could be a lot of fun. Bobmshell is currently set to release this year and will be playable at QuakeCon in July.

Diablo 3 patch 2.3 details. New region, new features, and a better Horadric Cube.

Blizzard gave a glimpse of some Diablo III's of the new features in patch 2.3.0, there is quite a bit to cover so lets jump right into the heart of it.

New Artifact: Kanai's Cube

If you played Diablo 2, chances are you
spent a fair amount of time with the
          Horadric Cube; Blizzard has announced
that we will see the item from which it
          originated. This powerful new artifact,
Kanai's Cube, will let us break down
Legendary items and equip their special
effects as a passive ability that is separate
          from your standard passives. Blizzard
has stated that this artifact will have
          "incredible potential"; while they
didn't expand much upon that as of
yet, they have informed us that
players will be able to convert
crafting materials from one type to another.
I'm sure players will find quickly
           a …

Call of Duty: Black Ops III footage showing off new features.

Treyarch showed off over 13 minutes of gameplay from the Black Ops III co-op campaign as well as a host of new features associated with it. The co-op campaign was designed for up to for four players, but it's still suitable for the player that wants to go it alone. Treyarch describes this as having cinematic moments and open-area gameplay that allows players to approach the game with a different strategy every time they play the game.

One new addition is that players will have the option to fully customize their campaign characters. Now players can customize their weapons and loadouts, as well as abilities and outfits. Players will also have access to a progression system and their own personal armory to show off what they have accomplished.

Black Ops III releases on Friday November 6th of this year.

15 bloody minutes of Shadow Warrior 2

It should come as no surprise to those that played the first, that the new title will be quite bloody. Expect to have lots of sword and gun play in the new footage. Thankfully Devolver Digital showed off some fun features in this upcoming sequel due out next year.

25 minutes of footage from Deus Ex:

The team of Eidos Montreal has released alpha footage of their upcoming Deus Ex: Mankind Drived. The footage shows off quite a few of the new things in the game, and we can see that they have put a lot more work into the combat portion of the game to match the increased stealth options.
A word of warning, the YouTube description tells us that there is a "SPOILER SCENE FROM 18:25 to 22:20". So if you want to avoid that, you know what to skip.

Gears of War Ultimate Edition is headed for PC.

Gears of War Ultimate Edition is headed for PC. At today's PC gaming Show,  Rod Fergusson, informed us that the remastered title will be coming to PC. Aside from the standard remastering of graphics, we will see support for DirectX 12, 4K resolutions, and we won't have framerate locking.  If we are lucky, we will see the rest of the series make its way to the PC. At this point, Fegusson said that there is "nothing to announce yet" on this possibility. Keep your fingers crossed.

The Last Guardian Lives

Sony wasted no time in re-revealing one of the most hyped and rumored games of the last 5 years. That's right, The Last Guardian is finally confirmed to be alive and well and on it's way to us sometime in the year 2016. This revival, if you will, set the precedence for the night as Sony appeared dead set on giving hardcore Playstation fans what they have been most desperately begging for in years past.
Many Playstation fans had given up hope, left to dust off their old PS2 controllers and reminisce the true greatness that was both Ico and Shadow Of The Colossus. However, as I watched that single feather flawlessly drop in the darkness to the ground in the waking seconds of the E3 press conference, I knew The Last Guardian is back and hopefully never disappearing again.
A young protagonist seemingly lost in this vast world, discovers companionship with an enormous griffin-cat-dog creature, appropriately named Trico, who aids him on his journey. The trailer shows off quite th…

No Man's Sky will release for PC and PS4 simultaneously.

Sean Murray, Managing Director of Hello Games, was kind enough to let us know that No Man's Sky will be releasing for PC and PS4 at the same time. For those PC players not wanting to make the expensive jump to the newer consoles, this is great news.

If you have not seen the fantastic gameplay footage from E3, please enjoy it in all its glory now.

Final Fantasy VII Remake Announced!

Let's us know what you think of Square-Enix returning to Midgar with Final Fantasy VII Remake (is this really going to be the title of it, or will they stick with FF VII HD?)
We here at Just 1 More Level are incredibly excited for the realization of this old school masterpiece.

Ghost Recon goes Open world and looks like a nice improvement.

Ubisoft is taking Ghost Recon in a new direction. This time around it looks like we are in an open world area of South America hunting down drug cartels. It looks like a nice improvement over the last iteration in the series, but we will need more gameplay to be sure. Hopefully Ubisoft supplies us with lots of it soon.

Assassins Creed: Syndicate brings us to 1868 London and lots of killing.

Syndicate looks like its bringing London to life in the industrial revolution. Lots of fun and killing await.

Of course a new game play walk through is great too.

Trackmania Turbo is taking us to ridiculous new heights.

This game is boasting 4 Environments, 4 Game play modes, 5 difficulty levels, and a total of 200 tracks. The game will also include a random map generator from the press of a button. Completely infinite levels this way. Should you make a horrible mistake,  restarting the level is instant.

Rainbow Six: Siege brings us more terrorist hunt.

Terrorist hunt added near infinite playability to previous Rainbow Six titles, and this time it looks like we are getting more bang for our buck.

Stay together. Running off is a good way to get yourself killed.
More upside down killing that you time perfectly with your friends.

You get a small bots you control for intel, disarming enemy mines, and more.

Almost everything can be destroyed. This lets you create your own paths.

There is nothing like blowing your way through the front door.

That was a guy in the center... he did that to himself.

You will need constant team work to make it through.

You found the bomb, now to disarm it.

Once you get the disarming started, get ready for the fight of your life.

They will make their own paths too. Be ready.

If you are lucky, you can make it this far.

There are going to be 4 modes and PVP as well. Be ready for the Beta on September 24th. Both modes will be in the Beta and it will hit all platforms.

Here is a different trailer to keep you inter…

Rainbow Six: Siege Villain is making some nasty weapons.

It would seem the people threatening the world now happen to be mixing and matching their weapons to give us something very deadly.
Some C4 to start us off

Add in some chemical or biological weapons.

And you get a plethora of dirty bombs. This can not go well.

Is this our mystery villain?

And the whole trailer is here too.

Ubisoft announces a new Just Dance because it still makes money.

It seems players can use their smart phone to play the game if their console has no camera, its a new option to open the game up to new players. Ubisoft has also given us a live performance which seemed very out of place compared to the rest of the conference

Someone at Ubisoft seems to think this was a great idea.

The game releases on all platforms this October. For those on PS4, Wii U, and Xbox One, you will have access to a subscription based service to give you new songs all year long.

Fans of the franchise will be happy they get more of what they enjoy all year.

ANNO 2205 is taking us to space, and it looks fantastic.

We were given a beautiful trailer before being treated to game play footage. It looks quite splendid. We even get a release date.

For those who are fans of the genre, this looks like it will be a must have.
