Little Bit About Myself

Greetings!  My name is Brad VanCleave and I am a new writer for J1ML!  For anyone who checks the site regularly you know I have posted a few reviews already (or at least I hope you do!).  Since I am new, however, it just seems reasonable to give a little bit of background about myself before going much farther.  For starters I need to explain how I started blogging on this wonderful site.  It started with my buddy Josh Gore meeting Tabor and Tridrakious at Super Bitcon not long ago.  After talking with Josh and learning just how ambitious and passionate these guys were I knew I had to get involved.  I started chatting with the guys and before long I was writing a test article that would later become my first article on the site (for anyone interested here is the link)!

I have been an avid gamer for many years; since the first time I played Super Mario 64 actually, and do my best to stay up to date with the latest and greatest in the industry.  The last several years have not been easy on my gaming time; however, getting married to my wonderful wife, graduating college, and starting a big boy job have really cut into my playtime.  Don’t get me wrong I am truly happy with my life and where I am at!  What this means is that I have to get the most out of the time I have to play and this has actually made me appreciate each game more than I used to.

I spend the majority of my gaming time playing PS3, PS4, and PS Vita games.  I do own a 3ds and always pick up the newest Zelda or Mario game on it.  I play a pc game every now and then, and with my uncle owning an Xbox One I have been able to give several games on it a try too.  I really hope to get a Wii U soon, been dying to play some Super Mario 3D World and Wind Waker HD.

To summarize, I greatly enjoy video games and being able to inform other gamers helps to further that joy. I really think I can bring something to the table here and it am going to do my very best to give this site the quality material it deserves!

For anyone interested my psn id is Biffinator87.
